On September 21st, 2008 Auntie E threw Mommy a beautiful baby shower in Chicago at her house in the city. She broke out the pretty tableware and had yummy food and presents and decorations. Even the cupcakes had little duckies on them!
Grandma Jean's friends that Mommy grew up with were all there. Mrs. Konecnik and Jill (Mommy's best childhood friend), Mrs Wilson, Mrs Seabury, Mrs Auchinleck and Aunt Barbie. Mommy got lots of nice presents for me! Pretty clothes, stuffed animals, Hello Kitty, pillows, books and a handmade blanket that Aunt Barbie knitted herself! Maybe one day she can teach me to knit too.
